Whether you’re already vegetarian/vegan, looking to add more plant-based foods into your meals or somewhere in between, I’m here to guide you along the way. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and long-time predominantly plant-based eater, I understand the science and nutritional requirements behind incorporating more plants into a healthy diet. Though I don’t believe in dieting or restricting foods that you truly want and enjoy, I know how beneficial plant-based foods are to overall health no matter what your age, lifestyle or health status is. I individualize this approach with every client that I work with to make sure that they’re optimizing their nutritional needs. Plus, I share some pretty awesome recipes and resources along the way too!
