Meredith Price
Meredith (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in plant-based diets and gut health. She is the owner of Priceless Nutrition & Wellness where she works one-on-one with individuals looking to heal their gut, optimize their energy, and maintain a healthy lifestyle all while following a plant-based diet. She is also an adjunct professor within the nutrition departments at Queens College and LaGuardia Community where she teaches undergraduate students the basics of nutrition.
Meredith has been following a plant-based diet for over 20 years. Before obtaining her masters in nutrition, she had a completely different career with an undergraduate degree in film production. After working for years in a creative field, Meredith decided to switch paths and combine her passion for plant-based eating and cooking towards a profession that helps people achieve health through food choices. She’s now raising a little plant-based eater of her own and loves helping others on their journey towards this compassionate lifestyle.
Baylee Simpson
Baylee (she/her) is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Since graduating from The College at Brockport, where she earned her B.S. in Exercise Science and B.F.A. in Dance, she has worked in both the performing arts industry and health field. Her practice is heavily influenced by her knowledge of the human body as well as her experience of being both an athlete and an artist. She believes in evidence-based training to provide optimal results that are geared towards a long, healthy life.
Baylee began her plant-based lifestyle when she met Meredith back in 2019. Prior to then, she had always enjoyed a healthy, well-balanced diet but didn’t make the switch to living and eating more plant-based until her eyes were opened to the long-term negative health effects of consuming processed foods and animal products. As a believer in your body being your only permanent home, she looks forward to guiding you towards a healthier relationship with your home, while in the comfort of your own home.

+ How Long Is This Program?
12 weeks (~3 months) with weekly, live group coaching meetings that will be held virtually.
+ What if I Can’t Make All Of The Meetings?
All meetings will be recorded and sent out to participants within a day. We highly encourage everyone to join live as we find that it makes for a better experience but understand that life happens and that you might not be able to always make it.
+ What is the schedule for the program?
The program kicks off on Saturday, Feb 20th 2021. All meetings will take place on Saturdays at 9AM so that you can start your weekend morning with us and then enjoy the rest of your day! The full schedule is as follows:

+ What can I expect out of this program?
This program is going to provide you with the tools and skills on how to confidently follow a healthy, plant-based lifestyle. Baylee and Meredith will be available to support and guide you while you also have the encouragement from your group peers. Ultimately, it is up to you to implement the things that you learn but we both feel confident that after these 3 months, you will be reaching your goals and will continue your healthy, plant-based journey afterwards.
+ Do I need to be vegan to do this program?
Absolutely not! “Plant-based” can mean different things and to us, it means that your diet is MOSTLY made up of plants (if not all of it). If you want to add more plants to your diet and live a more plant-forward lifestyle that’s totally ok! All diet preferences are welcome here.
+ Do you offer refunds?
